Release Overview
This release includes few enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements across multiple modules. The goal is to improve user experience, optimize performance, and resolve known issues.

Release Changes
1. CC Module Changes
1.1 General Changes
New Sales Export (DVR Export) Utility:
This new feature will allow the users to export comlete sales data. Four Export Types are added to allow users to export the type of sales data:
1) Sale Header: Only Sales Summary Level Information will be exported.
2) Sale Details: Complete Sale Details include item level details will also be exported in addition to the Sale Header information.
3) Sale Taxes: Complete Tax level information for the Sale can be exported in addition to the Sale Header information.
4) Sale Tenders: Complete Tender information for the Sale can be exported in addition to the Sale Header information.
Mass Updates:
Various Mass Updates popup to support number of records to be displayed.
New UI for all the toggleable options for all the Mass Updates pop-ups.
Warning added when cancelling the changes after clicking Add to Apply List.
1.2 Report Changes
Favorite Report feature updated to allow the users to share favorites between users/employees.
Account Code List Report Updated to add new codes
Support Custom Title and Company Name in the header for all the reports. Support Custom Title as a subject when the report is sent as an email.
Toggleable Biometric columns in the export file for Time Clock Entry Report.
Register Z report to display Tax, Dept Group, and Dept in alphabetical order
Product Pricing List Report to support % Margin column.
1.3 Maintenance
POS Flag:
New toggle to include excise tax in item price.
Locations:
Extended the range of allowed hours for Pre Opening and Post Closing Sale hours.
Added feature to allow the users to print locations scheduled hours.
Extended the range of allowed hours for Pre Opening and Post Closing Sale hours.
1.4 Daily/Shift Reconciliation Changes
Audited/Audited By Information for Daily/Shift Recons:
New columns to display audit/audited by information will be added to Daily/Shift Recon List, Details and Print Pages.
1.5 Inventory
Orders:
Added QOH column when searching an item to be added to the order. Order List page updated to added the Reorder Method Type to allow the user to filter based on order method.
EDI Order file: Currently, a default file name is used when sending orders through EDI. A new field will be added to override default file name for the file. This field will support customized file name using various order tags.
Invoices:
Deleted Invoice List page will have additional column to display deleted date along with deleted by information.
Transfers:
Added Sort functionality for missing columns (QOH and Total Cost). Also a new column "Last Edited Date" added to allow customer to view the added date information.
Color Codes Legend for All Inventory Modules:
All the inventory modules uses various color codes to denote different cases. All the pages will be updated to also display the legend related to various color codes used on the page.
2. POS Changes
Include Excise Tax in Item Price for Hemp Items:
This feature addresses the regulatory requirements requiring that excise tax for certain hemp-related items must be included in the item price rather than displayed separately on receipts.
To support this, a new toggle is added to the POS Flag in Control Center. When this toggle is enabled, the POS system displays the item price inclusive of excise tax on the receipt, and the excise tax amount is not shown separately anywhere on the receipt, including tax summaries or line items. This is strictly a receipt display-level change; internally, the system continues to calculate, store, and transmit excise tax separately as before.
Linking House Accounts with Customer:
This feature enables the POS system to link customers with existing House Accounts during customer creation and customer profile editing in POS. A new setting is introduced in Control Center. When enabled, cashiers can associate customers with House Accounts through a Link House Account option in the POS Create Customer and Edit Customer flows.
Prompt For Loyalty Customer in all Areas adding Item to Sale:
This feature will support the prompt for loyalty customer based on existing setting in the missing areas through which the item can be added to the sale such as Price Check.
3. Backend Only Changes
- New API to support the House Account Linking with existing/new customers.
- Master Pricebook tier related changes
- Warehouse API changes to support Parent - Child link relationships for products created from Warehouse.
4. Support Tickets
The following bugs were fixed as a part of the release
- Penny Rounding Open Department Popup when required notes is true.
- Support Penny Rounding only based on the Cash Tender Amount for Split Payment cases.
- Bug fixed to View Customer Balances and Coupons after updates.
- Bug fixed for price exception when price is updated.
- Bug Fixed in case of resuming suspended sales.
- Various Fuel related Bug fixes.
- Reconciliation report enabled for Users and Bug Fixed for Location Selection filter.
- Bug Fixed for Discount Multiplier not updating all item records.
- Bug fixed for location override setting for Cash Discounting/Credit Card settings.
- Various UI related issues fixed.
- Several performance related issues fixed along with slow reports.
- UI updated for Excise Tax on POS Flag.
- Incorrect Excise Tax calculations for item without vendor part on invoice.
- Various Mass Updates related UI updated for module specific mass updates such as for discounts, buydowns, vendor parts, vendors, etc.
- Scheduled Price Change Report fix
- Totals as Grand Totals in case of single page reports.
